Trinity Health Adult Partial Hospitalization Program - Ann Arbor Campus

The Trinity Health Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides a structured, intensive level of mental health care for adults who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy but do not require inpatient hospitalization. Patients participate in individual and group therapy five days a week, six hours per day, while returning home each evening.

Our program helps individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), personality disorders and other behavioral health challenges that impact daily life at home, work, school or in the community.

PHP also offers medical oversight to help regulate psychiatric medications, manage side effects, coordinate care for complex conditions, and stabilize serious symptoms.

As the program continues to grow, expanded services now include specialized treatment tracks for individuals navigating both mental health and substance use disorders, as well as emerging adults ages 14-18 with focused suicide prevention support.
