What to Expect During Your Stay

Patients admitted to inpatient rehabilitation participate in a structured program designed to maximize recovery and functional progress.

Services may include:

• Occupational therapy to enhance independence with daily activities
• Speech-language therapy for communication, cognition and swallowing needs
• Neuropsychology services
• Rehabilitation nursing

Patients typically receive at least three hours of therapy each day, five days per week, while remaining under continuous medical supervision in a hospital setting.
