NP Ford is an excellent health care professional. Her work is hampered by the lack of an in-house x-ray unit. I had to live with a broken foot for weeks until I was sent to the downtown campus for films. It could have been discovered right away if X-ray had been on site. Trinity is missing out on an extra profit generator. It’s foolish Dr. Ford’s office doesn’t have its own radiology.

I felt safe and comfortable. She took the time to explain anything I didn't understand and answer all of my questions. Even if nothing comes of it because I did have a ton of questions I was at least heard and given next steps, more than some providers give! I appreciate simple kindness and patience and she went above that.

She is a very good Doctor. However, the practice needs its own x-ray department. It’s VASTLY inconvenient to have to visit another location for x-rays. It was a mistake to close the X-Ray department.

Just ridiculous billing and out of pocket expenses. This discourages people to see a doctor even for 100% insurance covered procedures. Please end hidden fees or explain so we don’t ask doc to check simple things.
