I didn’t feel rushed, and I felt like he cared about my health.

Dr. Roelandt told me to let him know if I needed more numbing medication during my procedure. At first I didn't but as he continued to cut into my skin, I quickly began to feel him slicing and told him I could feel it. He told me that I couldn't feel it and that I was just feeling "pressure" and continued to cut without giving me more numbing. It wasn't until I screamed from pain that he listened and gave me more shots but then didn't wait for that to take effect and continued cutting until I screamed again. It was completely unnecessary and cruel.
