Complete night and day difference between this visit and the urgent care downstairs. He was able to diagnose my condition immediately as opposed to the NP downstairs who just wanted me gone. That said the majority of the time I was there was spent waiting.

All staff including my Doctor I Would have liked to spend a little more time with my Doctor.,like they use too. I realize that they are on a schedule and they are timed but I have been with you for years and we use to be able to have a dialog. It's not his fault it's the system I would be more relaxed myself. Love my Doctor and the staff is great and I don't see my Doctor only a few times a year and it would br nice if he had more time like we use to. You asked I shared my feelings. I commend that you asked. I love my Doctor the Staff are warm and friendly the facility is very welcoming and clean. The staff is courteous and friendly. It's just the time crunch. I've always appreciated being treated like an equal and not a lesser person to Dr. Rop. He's professional, but he's patient in that he listens to every question I have, and I usually have more than a few. He never gives me a bland answer like, "It's ok. Nothing to worry about." but takes the time to explain WHY it's ok and there's nothing to worry about. He will explain the parameters of tests that might be a little out and at what point the medical profession starts to take a more serious look at something.
