He was careful to express his desire to help me with next steps going forward. I was very pleased with this visit. (And his staff is always really helpful when I contact them via mychart.)

Dr was able to help me get off a medication I took for most of my life. I now take a med with no side effects. He is absolutely the best doctor.
This is not necessarily "feed back," but because I'm not as intelligent as a doctor I need more time to have things explained. However, we live in a world where "time is money" so I comprehend the time limit for each appointment. I just can't always think of things right away and this is my brain, a delicate & complex organ. I'm uneducated in the medical technology field but I felt that this diagnosis was urgent in January, and then again in April and then did not hear back again until July when I initiated a phone call. That sucked man, don't leave patients in "the unknown." It's difficult to comprehend I (we) are not the only patients in the world dealing with problems but I say no time cap on a "test results" appointment.

I wish the provider the doctor would’ve taken a little bit more time to examine my son
Dr. Shaker had spent time looking at my chart and previous eeg, spent considerable time explaining the sharp and not so sharp waveforms and answered questions I had before I even asked them. Listened to my concerns and thoughts regarding any correlation with my heart issues and seizures and agreed to implement the proper testing equipment with the upcoming EMU visit. Then offered other suggestions to bring up with next cardiologist visit. He left me feeling satisfied we were on the right track.
Outstanding. I walked away feeling very satisfied that all my questions were answered and my medications were correct.
