We talked, explained how I was feeling, she checked me for what we talked about , talked about things I can do, visit went well, she listened to what I talked about, and spoke on these issues ..listening and understanding is good n giving answers we understand, my visit was good and helpful
Dr.Grevenstuk was prompt nice an she gave me some very useful information about my concerns and explained everything to me in a ways I could understand.

I love this office for my diabetic needs
The only concern i have is that she didn't tell me that shecwas leaving the practice. I found out on departure when i noticed that another provider was listed for my next appointment. The friendly receptionist clarified why the change occurred.
She is very through and cares deeply about her patient's.
Always have been treated with respect. If any delays in appointment time i have been informed.
I truly feel like I have a patient advocate in my battle with diabetes. Jessica Grevenstuk is an expert in her field and loves the science behind it. She will be sadly missed by her patients and staff.

Jessica either did not have the information necessary to adjust my pump or she didn’t want to or know how to do it. She told me my numbers were fine and didn’t care that it was a new pump and needed adjustment. She said the 6.5A1C was in the right percentile. She had no charts to show me or to see where I might need adjustments which tells me a download from the pump was not available.
