She was incredible! She made me feel really comfortable with something I was nervous about. After my appointment, she reached out with answers to my problems almost as soon as I saw them come through in my chart.

Keep the patients updated if there will be a delay in the appointment. I was waiting for about 15-20 minutes with no idea about what was going on. A check-in by the nurse would've cleared some confusion.

Dr. Sanford is an amazing asset to Trinity Health. She is compassionate and goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are taken care of. She personally followed up with me after my surgery to make sure I was doing ok and made sure I didn't have any questions about the procedure or my care. She made me feel like I was a priority and not just another patient in her day. I appreciated that so much.

I dont know her and my trust is completely gone with the whole system now I just go through the movements because I am just an object to their perceptions not human
