I also was very happy when the nurse brought a chair for me with no arms into the examination room (because the arms pinch my wide legs), and allowed me to have a quiet, no talking blood pressure reading.

The wait time was excessive and I believe the provider was actually changed without notifying me, because when I made the appointment, the provider was referred to as a man, and the provider we saw was a woman. Makes no difference to me, it was just frustrating after waiting around an hour after the appointment time with no updates and then to have someone different walk in.
