How to Make or Cancel Appointment
Unsure whether you’re a candidate for physical therapy? Call us to schedule a same-day free injury assessment. The assessment will last approximately 10-15 minutes and will be performed by one of our highly trained physical therapists to determine if you are a candidate for physical therapy.
PLEASE NOTE: Per federal guidelines, Medicare and Medicaid patients are ineligible for this assessment.
To cancel an appointment, please contact the clinic your appointment is scheduled or reach out to our Patient Services team at 734-712-3745. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or schedule changes.
