Daniel Wolocko

Daniel Wolocko, PT

Director of TrinityElite

Daniel Wolocko is the Director of TrinityElite Sports Performance, a member of Trinity Health. He has advanced training in clinical sports physical therapy and specializes in athletic development as applied to injury reduction, performance training, and rehabilitation. He enjoys applying his knowledge, skills, and experience as a volunteer pitching coach for Schoolcraft College baseball. Dan graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Rehabilitation and from Grand Valley State University with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy.

Todd Altstetter

Todd Altstetter, PT, DPT

Todd is a lead physical therapist for TrinityElite. Todd earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Grand Valley State University and a doctorate in physical therapy from Wayne State University. He played football, baseball and basketball in high school, and football at Grand Valley State. He stays fit and active with cycling, snowboarding, and strength training. Todd currently trains for, and competes in, mountain bike and gravel cycling races throughout the year in Michigan. Areas of expertise include knee and shoulder injuries, football, baseball, soccer, track/cross country, gymnastics, and endurance athletes.

Janel Culbertson

Janel Culbertson, PT, DPT, AT, ATC

Janel Culbertson is a board-certified clinical specialist in sports physical therapy and certified athletic trainer at TrinityElite Sports Performance. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Grand Valley State University, where she played club soccer. Janel has completed advanced training in movement assessment through Functional Movement Systems (FMS) and the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), serves as a mentor for the TrinityElite Sports Physical Therapy Residency, and is dedicated to helping youth, adolescent, and female athletes stay moving and playing in the sports they love. In her free time, she enjoys distance running and being active outdoors with her family.

Michelle Daguanno

Michelle Daguanno, PT, DPT, CCE

Michelle Daguanno is a Lead Physical Therapist/Site Coordinator of Clinical Education at TrinityElite. She is a graduate, and adjunct faculty member, of Wayne State University. Early career includes practice in pediatrics and neurological conditions, with more than 25 years’ experience in orthopedics and sports medicine. She is trained in manual techniques including Kaltenborn mobilization, myofascial release, and is certified in TPI and Hawk grips IASTM. Michelle is interested in athletic development for injury prevention and sports performance, with 10 years’ experience with AA/AAA hockey programs.

Anna Daoud

Anna Daoud, PT, DPT, CSCS

Anna Daoud is a physical therapist at TrinityElite. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from MGH Institute of Health Professions. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. In addition, Anna has Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 certifications. She is trained in Hawks Grip Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and Mulligan Mobilization techniques. Anna has always had a passion for playing sports and working with athletes of all ages and abilities. As a child, she grew up playing soccer, and she subsequently discovered rugby while studying at the University of Michigan. She has played and coached rugby for more than 15 years.

Sean David

Sean David, PT, DPT

Sean David is a board-certified clinical specialist in sports physical therapy with a love for sports and performance training. Sean’s passion for teaching and coaching helps all athletes learn how to optimally move, load, and train their bodies to rehabilitate injury, improve performance and confidence in movement, and avoid future injuries. Sean is a proud graduate of St. Frances Cabrini High School where he played basketball, football, and ran track. Sean went on to earn a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Central Michigan University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Wayne State University. Sean is also a certified golf fitness instructor through the Titleist Performance Institute and is currently working towards a strength and conditioning certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association

Jesse Ehrlich

Jesse Ehrlich PT, DPT

Jesse is the 2026-27 Sports Physical Therapy Resident. He completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2025 from University of Michigan – Flint and earned a bachelors in Kinesiology from the University of Michigan. Jesse played baseball through junior college in Los Angeles and found a passion for CrossFit afterwards. He is a CrossFit L2 trainer, coaching at a gym in Brighton. He is certified in dry needling and plans to pursue CSCS and USA weightlifting training in the future. While working with overhead athletes is a main interest, he is excited to expand treatment capacity for in depth return to sport testing and performance training for all athletes. He enjoys watching baseball, competing in CrossFit, camping, skiing, and spending time with his wife and labradoodle.

Kevin James

Kevin James, PTA

Kevin is a physical therapist assistant at TrinityElite, with his degree from Macomb Community College. With more than 15 years of patient care, he has worked with a wide variety of patients and athletes in his career. He has a history of emergency medicine, personal training, and team training, which has helped him build a vast inventory of exercises and techniques. Kevin specializes in sports performance and athlete assessment. He primarily works with both patients in physical therapy, and with athletes in one-on-one training sessions.

Kevin Marcheletta

Kevin Marchelletta, PT, DPT

Kevin Marchelletta has nine years of clinical experience working with a wide variety of patient diagnoses. Kevin graduated from Marshall University School of Physical Therapy, and completed TrinityElite’s Sports Physical Therapy Residency program. Kevin specializes in upper and lower body rehabilitation and is also certified in dry needling. In his free time, Kevin enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two children.

Kelsee Miles

Kelsee Miles, PT, DPT, ATC

Kelsee Miles is a Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer for TrinityElite. She played collegiate volleyball with experience coaching strength and conditioning. Kelsee is a USA weightlifting certified level one coach and certified in Titleist Performance Institute golf assessment and treatment techniques. She is passionate about bringing quality healthcare to all individuals in the community. She loves educating injury prevention, recovery, and maximizing performance with concepts utilized throughout your lifetime to continue to do what you love. Kelsee is a graduate of Alma College with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and from Nova Southeastern University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends traveling, being outside, CrossFit, and playing recreational sports.

Jenna Pack, PT, DPT, SCS, CSCS

Jenna Pack is a Lead Physical Therapist for TrinityElite. She graduated from Wayne State University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She is a board-certified clinical specialist in Sports Physical Therapy (SCS) and certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS). She has additional certification in the Functional Movement Systems and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). Jenna enjoys treating athletes/individuals of all ages who want to continue to grow in their fitness/health journey and stay active throughout the lifespan. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out and being outdoors.

Chris Sergison

Christopher Sergison, PT, DPT, CSCS

Christopher is a graduate of Wayne State University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Health Sciences. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), certified in dry needling, IASTM, TPI level 1, muscle energy techniques, work hardening and conditioning, and various other courses. Christopher has worked in several physical therapy clinics ranging from outpatient neurological-based, general outpatient orthopedics, to now his passion for sports physical therapy here at TrinityElite. He loves working with all different diagnoses, specializing in return-to-sport and wellness for your whole lifetime. Christopher has lived in the area his entire life, graduating from Livonia Stevenson where he met his wife. Christopher’s hobbies include family time with his kids, competitive strongman, fitness coach, watching tv and anime, and yardwork.

Todd

Dalton Smith PT, DPT

Dalton earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine and is dedicated to helping athletes and active individuals return to the activities they love. His advanced credentials included dry needling certification, Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Medical Level 2 Certification, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) certification, and Sports Residency Training. A lifelong sports enthusiast, Dalton spends much of his free time training, working out, and competing in ultimate frisbee. His passion for athletics gives him a unique understanding of the physical demands, challenges, and goals that athletes face. He utilizes a movement and exercise-based treatment approach combined with manual therapy, joint mobilization, soft tissue techniques, core stability training, and movement sequencing to identify and address the underlying dysfunction contributing to a patient's symptoms.

Steve Terry

Steve Terry, PT, DPT, SCS, CKTP

Steve Terry is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy. Steve is also a certified golf fitness and screening specialist through The Titleist Performance Institute, and a certified Kinesio Taping practitioner. He specializes in comprehensive and individualized care through injury prevention, assessment, and treatment. He excels in sport specific training and sports performance. Steve is a graduate of Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Professions and a clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He was a member of the 2006 GVSU Division 2 National Championship Football Team. In addition to playing college football, Steve played two years of collegiate level soccer. Steve is a lifelong athlete and sports enthusiast of all kinds. Steve is passionate about sharing his love of sports and movement with every patient, team, and group he has the pleasure of working alongside.

Paul Theuerkauf, PT, DPT

Paul Theuerkauf serves as the TrinityElite Sports Physical Therapy Residency Director. He is a board-certified clinical specialist in both sports and orthopedic physical therapy and is highly experienced in strength and conditioning for the injured and non-injured athlete. Paul has also been certified as a track and field coach through USA Track & Field and USA Weightlifting and is Level 1 certified through the Titleist Performance Institute. He specializes in runners, strength and conditioning, and the overhead athlete’s performance, rehabilitation, and biomechanics. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Grand Valley State University and completed his Orthopedic Residency in Physical Therapy at Michigan Medicine.
