Memorial and Tribute Gifts

Memorial and tribute gifts can be made to Trinity Health at any time. Gifts can be designated to any one of our hospitals or programs, including:

A gift in memory of a loved one who has passed is a meaningful way to ensure exceptional health care continues to be available in our community and honors the life of someone special to you. Tribute gifts can be made for anyone, during a special occasion or to share gratitude for a caregiver, family member, friend or co-worker.

When you give, we will send a special acknowledgment letter to your honoree or a designated family member notifying them of your gift (without revealing the gift amount). Your gift (100%) will always stay local to support the program or projects you intend.

Memorial Wind Chime Program

Trinity Health Southeast Michigan is deeply honored to recognize tributes of $1,000 or more as part of our memorial wind chime program. Currently, chimes are located at Ann Arbor, Chelsea Hospital, Livonia, and Livingston ministries. These five-foot tall chimes gently sound in the breeze and hold engraved stainless-steel plates bearing the names of those being honored.
